 <li>In terms of customer support, I encountered numerous issues without any satisfactory resolution. The response time was slow, and the support team appeared uninterested in assisting customers.</li>
 <li>Lastly, I was disappointed by the delivery service. Products arrived late and were often damaged, indicating a lack of care in the packaging and shipping process.</li>
</ul>
